Irregularly shaped pallets in an automated environment are likely to cause problems. This system carries out a preliminary check.

Solution
This system inspects both new and second choice pallets of various types. A check for easy fork insertion, for broken deck boards, for the presence of intermediate blocks and more, is carried out. Faulty pallets are sent to the reject station. The reason for rejection is kept up-to-date in a digital logbook. Approved pallets are transferred to the labelling station where every pallet is labelled with a barcode linked to the system. Featuring a capacity of 350 pallets/h (configuration-dependent), this system can either integrate directly into the flow of production logistics or operate standalone.
