This sorting unit supplies stacks of used pallets into three different quality categories.

Customer

Our customer is a supplier of a wide range of both new and used pallets.
Challenge

Since screening and sorting used pallets is a labour intensive process, our customer was looking for an automated solution.
Solution

The system checks the pallets for the presence of bearer blocks, size,… Next, the pallets are sorted according to quality and colour. Every 10 seconds a pallet is processed.
