A typical flow runs from pallet infeed and singulation, over optional cleaning, nail pressing and strength checking, to integrity inspection and a sorted outfeed: OK pallets continue, damaged pallets are routed to repair or rejection. When full automation is not required, a tipper line offers a simple and cost-effective preventive solution.
